Types of Membership

  • Contractor Memberships are for concrete contractors and general contractors that self-perform.  Memberships are based on annual sales volume. 
  • Associate Memberships are for manufacturers, suppliers, publishers, distributors, producers and professional services members (consultants, insurance, legal, etc.). 
    • Company listing on website.
  • Professional Memberships are open to educators, single-person firm engineers and architects, and other design and construction organizations.
  • Sustaining Memberships are for companies that wish to support ASCC at a higher level. These members benefit from additional exposure at ASCC events, online and in the member directory. Click here for Sustaining member benefits.
  • Benefactor Memberships are an opportunity to support ASCC at its highest level as acknowledgement of the resouces and services you receive. Click here for Benefactor member benefits.
  • International Members benefit from ASCC as well. Both contractors and manufacturers have access to all free publications and discounts to those in the bookstore. They may also use the hotline and the email forum.

Specialty Councils Included in Membership 

  • Safety and Risk Management Council: ASCC’s extensive safety program is available to contractors and associate members with resources for all sizes of companies. Take advantage of safety plans written by your peers and the safety hotline answered by our fulltime director of safety services. 
  • Concrete Polishing Council: Members who polish concrete will want to add this Council to their membership to receive special documents, event notices, certification updates and other information specific to polishing. 
    • CPC Certification is the industry recognized qualifier of concrete polishers. With online learning modules, the program is both an educational tool and a measurement of polishing proficiency. Certification is offered at the Tradesman and Craftsman levels that require a combination of technical skills, decision making abilities, and proven work history.   • Decorative Concrete Council: Decorative concrete contractors and providers of related products join the DCC to stay informed on the latest and best techniques and materials. 
    • The DCC educates contractors on the technical and business aspects of decorative concrete contracting. The Council also promotes decorative concrete to designers, owners and other end users.   • Manufacturers' Advisory Council (MAC): All associate members belong to the Manufacturers' Advisory Council (MAC), which is governed by a Council board. The group advises the ASCC on matters relating to associate membership and suggests methods of adding value to all membership opportunities. In addition, the MAC promotes ASCC to potential members and to the industry.
