The concrete construction industry must support research in order to grow and flourish. Industry leaders must continue to improve the product and the methods of construction to keep concrete in the forefront of the building industry. We must keep pace and even exceed expectations if we hope to hold and gain market share.
Toward that end, the ASCC Education Foundation was created in 1989 to fund education and research that would advance "the quality and productivity of concrete construction."
Recently the Foundation has been reenergized, with a new board and a renewed sense of purpose. Monies have been raised, pledged, and committed to research and educational endeavors.
The Foundation is a tax exempt foundation under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All decisions as to investment and designation of gifts are made by the Foundation board.
